Ji-Won spent eight years as a nurse in critical care, pre-op, PACU, and radiology at leading children’s hospitals and within the largest healthcare system in the U.S. Having performed CPR on patients from infants to older adults, she knows firsthand why your work matters.

Always the champion for technology and better EMR workflows on her unit, she later moved into product and sales. For the past three years, she and James have been bootstrapping a software business. With TrainRight, she’s bringing those experiences together to support the businesses that prepare people to save lives.

James Cofounder

James brings more than 10 years of Silicon Valley software engineering experience across applications, security, and infrastructure. His other product, Gamsa.IO, serves thousands of people daily and processes millions of dollars in transactions each year.
